Background & Experience
A native of Winchester, Kentucky, Jennifer’s roots instilled in her a strong work ethic and grounded perspective. She earned her degree in education from Southern Virginia University, a foundation that continues to influence her approach to patient and team training. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to acquire and operate a successful cosmetic and skincare studio in Salt Lake City, where she also obtained her Master Esthetician license and laser certification.
Her philosophy—“When we look our best, we give our best”—is the guiding principle behind the patient-centered care model at Derm Aesthetics.
Jennifer’s career includes working alongside a prominent plastic surgeon in New York City, where she played a key role in launching two skincare lines in partnership with Saks Fifth Avenue and a prominent NYC fashion designer—initiatives that leveraged her deep product knowledge and industry insight.
Upon returning to Kentucky, Jennifer joined forces with Dr. Susan Bushelman, stepping into a leadership role that blends clinical knowledge, operational oversight, and a strong vision for aesthetic excellence.
Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, their pug Loki and exploring the back roads of KY in the Jeep —a unique blend of tradition and edge that mirrors her personal and professional style.
